We are actively recruiting for talented Occupational Therapists (OT) in our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Department. We have full time/benefited and per diem/non benefited opportunities available for bright individuals looking for a challenge in a premier Medical Center such as California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC).

Our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Department consists of approximately 200 individuals and we have about 28 OT’s on the team. Our Occupational Therapists are a dedicated group of professionals with an average tenure of over 5 years. We have a strong commitment to staff development and quality of care on all units.

Here at CPMC, we have a full continuum of care. We have inpatient and outpatient services. Our inpatient services include acute care, short term skilled nursing, and acute rehabilitation. Our Acute Rehabilitation is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for our Comprehensive Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs, Comprehensive Inpatient Adult Brain Injury Program, Outpatient Adult Day Treatment Brain Injury Program, and Adult Spinal Cord Rehabilitation System of Care that includes both inpatient and outpatient services. This International CARF accreditation is the hallmark of our commitment to the highest rehabilitation care standards. We are proud to be a part of CARF’s forty-year tradition of excellence.

We serve a diverse population which includes: post op total hips, knees, spinal surgeries, post op cardiac bypass, post op transplant, such as hearts, liver and kidney. We see a fair amount of pediatric patients, cystic fibrosis patients, bariatric, general medicine as well as oncology. On average, our therapists work with 8 patients a day. We provide rehabilitation services 7 days a week.
